Competition Comment: Overall, there were not many dominant photos used. I saw a lot of pages where it seemed like the designers crammed as many images as possible on the page. As a small-town paper, I get it, but visually, it left something to be desired. The photo pages felt more like collages, just too many photos. No dominant and supporting images, too many photos the same size on the page.
