I can tell they are limited on color but they make good use of the pages that they have for pictures.

I was impressed with photos taken at the scene. Example, two car crashes at the scene, artist at work not just his finished project. These tell a story much better.

I love the cropped photo on front page of Feb.13th edition. Full of photos, some were blurry however, which is why 3rd place over 2nd. May have been bad copy that i was sent.
