Publishing twice a week can be a chore, especially with smaller news staffs. If this newspaper could have a bit more variety of news stories with the skill which went into all of these stories, no other publication would compare.

This product placed third because it had more non-locally generated stories and use of wire than the other two. Take away that, a very strong product.
