Place Name: Third Place Contestant Name: St. Cloud Times Entry Title: St. Cloud Times Entry Credit: St. Cloud Times Judge Comment: There were some strong eye-catching photos on the section covers for St. Cloud, but judge wished there'd been more consistent use inside.
Competition Comment: Lots of nice work here, this category was tricky to judge. I took into account aesthetic, technical quality and moment in each image. I also looked at overall usage of photos by the paper in relation to layout and stories.
